Pest Control in Nassau & Suffolk County, Long Island, NY

We had a great experience with Bobby Bugs! We called and were able to get same-day service, which was amazing! Willy was our technician, and he was fantastic. He came in, assessed the situation, and immediately got to work spraying. He even went the extra mile by drilling holes in the wall and spraying inside to make sure he got everything, especially since the wall where the nest was located is shared with our 6-month-old daughter’s bedroom. That gave us extra peace of mind! The entire process was quick, professional, and thorough. They also offer a 6-month guarantee and assured us they would come back to spray again if the bees were still there. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and would 100% call Bobby Bugs again! Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Willy for doing such a great job!

Fast, friendly service. I called in the morning and Will came to my house that evening. Will was great. I would definitely use Bobby's Bugs again and recommend them.

Response was super quick to my inquiry and someone was able to be sent out out quickly. Will came and explained the process, walked me through and showed me what he had done, and reviewed the service order to make sure none of my requests were missed. It was a great experience overall and truck wasn't announcing itself to the neighborhood either which was a plus.

So let’s start with this.I was out of town, and my daughter called me in a frenzy that she saw a roach. 10 years in that house never had roaches. Here I am out of state trying to figure out the fastest way to help my daughter. Saw the name BOBBY BUGS and the reviews and figured I would call them up.I called spoke to Anthony not only did he go above and beyond for us but the service was fantastic. William who showed up at the house was simply incredible and made my daughter feel at ease. Thank you for helping our little Italian Family out in such a pinch. Grazie Mille Adriana

Let me express my appreciation to Bobby Bugs for their prompt and courteous response to my termite issue. They resolved the entire problem and the process and communication was outstanding. I would recommend Bobby Bugs to anyone that I know!

These stink bugs were driving us CRAZY. Every time I thought I got the last one, another would show up by the window. Called Bobby Bugs and had such a good experience. Bobby was really nice, explained everything, and pointed out a few spots we needed to seal. We’ve seen way fewer since he came out. Wish we called him a month ago!!

So glad we called Bobby Bugs!! We found termite damage in our basement and honestly had no idea how bad it was. Bobby took his time looking everything over and explained the treatment in a way I could actually understand. I had a million questions and he was patient with all of them. Such a relief to finally have it handled. Thank you, Bobby!

They sent out Willy one of their technicians to our property and he was super nice, great guy and knows his stuff. They did a whole termite inspection and extermination and it was flawless. For sure will be using them again for anything i need the future. Thank you guys

Thank you Bobby Bugs!! I was honestly embarrassed to even call about the problem we were having but the guy who came over was so normal about it and immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, did his thing and gave us a few tips before he left. That alone meant a lot. So far everything has been good 👍

Great local company. Nice people, fair price and they actually showed up when they said they would. Would use again.

We had carpenter bees showing up around the deck and couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. They found the spots right away and explained what needed to be done. Super straightforward, no pressure, and the problem has been way better since.

I can’t recommend Bobby Bugs enough. We had a termite problem that kept coming back, and after Bobby treated our home, the difference was immediate. He took the time to explain where the termites were coming from, treated the problem thoroughly, and we’ve barely seen one since. What really stood out was how professional, responsive, and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for reliable pest control in Nassau County, Bobby Bugs is the company to call. Honest service, fair pricing and amazing results. They are the best!!!!

We had a pretty bad spider problem and this company completely eliminated it. They came out quickly, were professional and thorough, and we haven’t seen any spiders since. There’s really no better pest control company in Nassau County.
